Monday

45-minute Total Body Strength

Need some Monday motivation? This Full Body strength class which focuses on strengthening the major muscle groups, core and abs is all you need 

Tuesday

30-minute STRONGER UPPER BODY AND ABS

Take the pace down a notch and focus on technique, correct form and mind/muscle connection. This is a must do Strength-based class focusing on upper body and ABS no matter what your level.

Wednesday

30-minute HIT and Strength with 10 minutes Abs

This High Intensity Class (with low impact options) is designed to burn fat and build muscle with targeted strength exercises. Focusing on a different muscle group every week for strength, with a 10-minute core and abs session guaranteed to fire up your midsection!

Thursday

30 minutes STRONGER LOWER BODY

All the latest science promotes strength training to retain vital muscle mass for our health and to keep our metabolism high as we age! This class answers all your strength training questions and uses heavier weights to stress the lower body muscles to become stronger. 

Friday

30-minute EMOM Full Body (every minute on the minute)

A High Energy Full Body strength workout with a massive range of compound moves to burn fat and gain strength.

Saturday

20-minute BLAST

Short on time at the weekend? 20 minutes is all you need to set you up for a fabulous weekend. Trust me, this Full Body Workout counts!

Sunday

Focus In Fifteen

Target trouble areas and major/minor muscle groups in just 15 minutes. Do just one or mix and match to create your own bespoke workout.

Stretch/Yoga classes

Take it easy and stretch those aching muscles.

Just 20 minutes will make you feel like you’ve had your very own sports massage!

Equipment

To get the best out of every workout you’ll need a set of 2kg dumbbells and as you develop you can build on this. You’ll also need a mat.
