30 minutes STRONGER LOWER BODY
All the latest science promotes strength training to retain vital muscle mass for our health and to keep our metabolism high as we age! This class answers all your strength training questions and uses heavier weights to stress the lower body muscles to become stronger.
30-minute EMOM Full Body (every minute on the minute)
A High Energy Full Body strength workout with a massive range of compound moves to burn fat and gain strength.
20-minute BLAST
Short on time at the weekend? 20 minutes is all you need to set you up for a fabulous weekend. Trust me, this Full Body Workout counts!
Focus In Fifteen
Target trouble areas and major/minor muscle groups in just 15 minutes. Do just one or mix and match to create your own bespoke workout.

Just 20 minutes will make you feel like you’ve had your very own sports massage!
To get the best out of every workout you’ll need a set of 2kg dumbbells and as you develop you can build on this. You’ll also need a mat.
