Tuna Melt Quesadilla

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 stick celery finely diced
  • 1 spring onion finely sliced
  • choped herbs (coriander)
  • large tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  • shredded iceberg lettuce
  • grated cheese
  • tortilla wrap.

This is so delicious..I like to make double the amount of tuna and keep it handy in the fridge to have on repeat!


  1. Flake tuna and mix with chopped celery, spring onion, yoghurt and mustard. You can add cucumber too if you have it.
  2. Finely chop your tomatoes and shred lettuce.
  3. Add your tortilla to a frying pan and top half with grated cheese. The add tuna mix and the toms and lettuce.
  4. Fold the wrap in half. Flip, and when golden on both sides its ready to devour!
