The famous granola recipe!

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 40 mins


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or any oil you have)
  • 100ml maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300g good quality large rolled oats
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g flaked almonds
  • 100g dried cranberries/ raisins /blueberries
  • 50g desiccated coconut

This is so delicious I ALWAYS have a batch ready to go for a protein hit!


  1. Heat oven to 130 fan
  2. Mix syrup honey and vanilla in large bowl. Heat coconut oil in large baking tray
  3. Add all remaining ingredients into large bowl except fruit and coconut. Mix well. 
  4. Tip into baking tray, cook for 25-30 mins
  5. Add fruit and coconut and cook for further 15 mins
  6. Store in airtight container.. I triple recipe as eat this daily!!! 😋
  7. *if you want to reduce sugar just take the maple syrup down by half.
  8. serving ideas, over porrdige, with natural yoghurt and berries..or on its own!
