Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (or any oil you have)
- 100ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300g good quality large rolled oats
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 100g flaked almonds
- 100g dried cranberries/ raisins /blueberries
- 50g desiccated coconut
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 130 fan
- Mix syrup honey and vanilla in large bowl. Heat coconut oil in large baking tray
- Add all remaining ingredients into large bowl except fruit and coconut. Mix well.
- Tip into baking tray, cook for 25-30 mins
- Add fruit and coconut and cook for further 15 mins

- Preparation time: 10 mins
- Cooking time: 40 mins
Notes:
- Store in airtight container.. I triple recipe as eat this daily!!! 😋
- *If you want to reduce sugar just take the maple syrup down by half.
- Serving ideas, over porridge, with natural yoghurt and berries.. or on its own!
