1 tbsp frozen berries (I use organic strawberries)
1 tbsp chopped pineapple
1 tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp kefir
1 pint filtered water
optional
20g vanilla vegan protein powder

Directions
Whiz all the ingredients up in a blender for a superb nutrient hit.
You can always chop the fresh ingredients and freeze (individualy in separate freezer bags) until you're ready to use!
