Super smoothie for gut health!

  • 1/2 banana (unripe best)
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp frozen berries (I use organic strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp kefir
  • 1 pint filtered water
  • optional
  • 20g vanilla vegan protein powder

This is so delicious..recommended to us by the incredible Tina Lond-Caulk for those in need of some gut health TLC..even one/two a week will really help you!


  1. Whiz all the ingredients up in a blender for a superb nutrient hit.
  2. You can always chop the fresh ingredients and freeze (individualy in separate freezer bags) until you're ready to use!
