Directions
Put all in your ingredients in blender and whiz up.. add a touch of oat milk if too thick.
Heat a small amount of coconut oil (or any oil) in frying pan, add mixture (make 3 small pancakes) When it starts to bubble, flip .. cook for a few more minutes, golden on both sides.
add your healthy toppings, I added berries, natural whole yoghurt and honey.
This makes enough for 1..and your family will want them ..so triple!
