Protein banana pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 25g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of supernova chocolate protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Put all in your ingredients in blender and whiz up.. add a touch of oat milk if too thick.
  2. Heat a small amount of coconut oil (or any oil) in frying pan, add mixture (make 3 small pancakes) When it starts to bubble, flip .. cook for a few more minutes, golden on both sides.
  3. add your healthy toppings, I added berries, natural whole yoghurt and honey.
  4. This makes enough for 1..and your family will want them ..so triple!

This is so delicious and a favourite Sunday morning protein hit!
