Ingredients

  • 6/7 large pitted dates
  • 2 large tablespoons Supernova protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • dash of maple syrup
  • toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Whiz all the ingredients up in a blender for a superb protein hit.
  2. Roll into balls and then roll in toasted coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge ready to go!
