- 6/7 large pitted dates
- 2 large tablespoons Supernova protein powder
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- dash of maple syrup
- toasted coconut
Instructions
- Whiz all the ingredients up in a blender for a superb protein hit.
- Roll into balls and then roll in toasted coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge ready to go!
