The Begin Again section on Nicky’s Bootcamp is the perfect place to start. It provides a 4 week beginners course with 3 sessions every week taking you from zero fitness to feeling stronger both in fitness levels and also technique.
Not only will you find your motivation and fitness mojo again, but also the course will give you the structure, confidence and all of the professional guidance you need to successfully find your way back to fitness, however long it’s been! Once you’re feeling confident again you can jump straight into the rest of the platform and progress your fitness with me either live or on catch up, step by step.
