Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 slices of halloumi
- handful of cherry tomatoes
- half avocado
- handful of rocket /spinach
- sweet chilli sauce
- wholemeal wrap
Instructions:
- In a non stick pan, add the halved baby toms to a frying pan..soften..then add sweet chilli sauce.
- Add 2/3 slices of halloumi ( I defo needed 3!)
- Let them brown..then whisk 2 eggs and pour over.
- Add your wrap on top of the eggs..let it cook for a minute or 2, and then flip (Using a plate over the top and turning the pan upside down)
- Then add the sliced avocado, rocket and extra sweet chilli sauce if you like!
- Fold in half..and ENJOY!

- Preparation time: 10 mins
- Cooking time: 20-25 mins (really easy!)
