Healthy doesn’t mean boring — taste the Mediterranean magic in this delicious pitta.
Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breast shredded or diced (or use pre cooked chicken pieces)
- 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 red onion finely sliced
- 1/2 cucumber deseeded and diced
- 1 green or red pepper diced
- 2 tomatoes deseeded and diced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 60g feta crumbled
- Handful of roughly chopped olives
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic granules
- 1-2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and add the yoghurt, olive oil and red wine vinegar .. season well with the garlic granules and salt and pepper.
This keeps so well in an airtight container for 3 days.. prep arable protein lunches really do make life so easy!
