Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of basil
- 1/3 cup of pine nuts
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 juice fresh lemon
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blitz thoroughly
- Make your favourite pasta.
- Stir through the sauce adding a little of the pan water, and if you like some creme fraiche.
- Add protein, eg flaked salmon chicken.

- Store for up to 3 days can be frozen in ice cubes
