Ingredients
- Half a 450g tub of natural yoghurt
- 1 large tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 large scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 2 handfuls of berries (blueberries and raspberries)
- 75g dark chocolate melted
Instructions
- Mix the yoghurt, peanut butter, protein powder and berries.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt.
- Decant the yoghurt into small ramekins.
- Pour a thin layer of the melted chocolate over, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Put into the fridge until ready to eat.
- Enjoy!
