Ingredients
- 400g sliced mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- fresh thyme
- fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon soft cheese
- 1 litre of chicken stock
Instructions
- Add the sliced mushrooms, chopped onion and sliced garlic to a pan with olive oil.
- Fry until softened.
- Add thyme and chicken stock, season well. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and then add the soft cheese and blend it all.
- Add some chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
