Cheesy egg, spinach and spring onion wrap

  • 1 wrap
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 spring onion sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • grated cheese

These are quick, easy and great for a protein lunch!


  1. Fry spring onions and spinach until wilted in a little olive oil.
  2. Beat 2 eggs and pour over.
  3. Add the wrap on top.
  4. Wait to cook for a few minutes, and then turn. Add the grated cheese (just a sprinkle over!) fold in half.
  5. Cook both sides and serve!
  6. Enjoy !
