Nicky's Bootcamp continues to go from strength to strength. Whatever your level, Nicky will always include options that will accommodate but challenge you to build on your current fitness. 


Every session includes cardio to get the heart rate up, strength training and core strength work. With top tunes blasting to keep you motivated and smiling, this is a bootcamp that's easy to get addicted to! 

9.15 a.m – 10am at Bowdon Rugby Club, WA15 7AF for a full body workout that REALLY work outs for you!

To get the best out of every workout with me, you just need the following items.

A towel for sweat, grip, comfort and hygiene during your workouts.

Stay hydrated to improve endurance, recovery, performance & prevent fatigue.
