- 1 tbsp (15g) almond or peanut butter (optional, for added creaminess)
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes or until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens.
- Pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey if desired. Add a spoonful of nut butter for extra creaminess and protein.
