Ingredients
- 1/2 banana (unripe best)
- 1/2 small avocado
- handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp frozen berries (I use organic strawberries)
- 1 tbsp chopped pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp kefir
- 1 pint filtered water
- optional
- 20g vanilla vegan protein powder
Instructions
- Whiz all the ingredients up in a blender for a superb nutrient hit.
- You can always chop the fresh ingredients and freeze (individually in separate freezer bags) until you're ready to use!
