- 6 tbsp porridge oats
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- Just under ½ of a 200ml tub (about 80–90g) 0% fat Greek-style yogurt
- 60g mixed pot (raisins, nuts, goji berries, and seeds)
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the oats: Add porridge oats to a small bowl and pour enough boiling water to cover the oats. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the oats have softened and absorbed the water.
- Combine ingredients: Add the Greek yogurt, segmented orange pieces, and oat mixture to a large breakfast bowl.
- Top with fruit and nuts: Sprinkle the mixed nuts, raisins, goji berries, seeds, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds over the top.
- Serve and enjoy: Mix gently and enjoy immediately!
